Giving up on twitter except to post the occasional blog links for those few that might find them interesting or not. I’m looking for a more stand alone blog platform, meanwhile…

@45johnferguson @JohnsWalks1 @CollaAlasdair I'm sure there are but I can't say any have drawn my attention. Some nice birch lower down and that is an interesting enclosure of old with grass covered footings of two structures. 🙃

@57seoras @JohnsWalks1 @CollaAlasdair Clunskea (which I'm deciding is Cluan Sgithich). Any Hawthorn bushes or trees around there ?

@JohnsWalks1 @45johnferguson @CollaAlasdair 😁 with just a wee drop of water from the burn ~ sláinte !

@JohnsWalks1 @45johnferguson @CollaAlasdair I can see why Atholl would desire it, having a considerable area of grazing, despite the distance around/over Creag Leacagach.
Nice round enclosure at Laoigh. An enclosure of this size and period(?) is quite unusual in the area, indicative to of the 'wealth' of the shieling.
