FOMO is killing your gains don’t be a hero trying to squeeze every last point out, once ur up and the morning session is winding down just take the W and close ur positions. most of the clean movement happens in the first 1-2 hours after open, after that it gets choppy and slow

Advice for beginners honestly first thing is don’t touch real money yet, go sim for at least a month. not paper trading to just mess around but actually treat it like real money, same size same rules every day nq and es are the most liquid for beginners, nq moves more if u want the points but es is cleaner to learn on imo learn one setup not ten, most people fail cause they chasing every strategy they see on youtube. find one thing that works and drill it til u can spot it in ur sleep risk management before everything, don’t even worry about entries til u understand how much ur risking per trade. 1-2 points stop to start ur not trying to hold through drawdown as a beginner prop firms like topstep are honestly the move once ur consistent on sim, no reason to risk ur own money when u can trade their capital. $116 for a 50k account is nothing if ur actually ready just don’t rush it bro everyone wants to skip the learning part and go straight to the money, the ones who take their time on sim are the ones still trading a year from now
