Erbil is planning for the next quarter-century. Been listening to audiobooks whilst doing tasks or in the gym and it makes everything which is monotonous all the more enjoyable. These 2 books for anyone who is interested in contemporary/modern history will be a good listen. 1. Death in derry, the history of the Irish republican resistance against British colonisation in Ulster/Northern Ireland (specifically in Derry) 2. Rape of nanking, the brutalities enacted by the Japanese empire upon the civilians of Nanking (the author committed suicide after the completion of the book), this is one of the most upsetting events to have ever taken place with it barely being mentioned or known about
