@deane_ag Efficiency gains are planning/timing but often also require investment in expensive equipment.

Looming food shortages are here now. How will the consumer react? How will the supermarkets react? How will our social structures change? How will the political narrative change? Will farmers feel the need to produce more food? And continue to be as efficient as possible?

@wpmccall $450 / T minimum in Sthld. The shortage has come about due to a few factors, #1 being to low return to growers.

We are growing oats for balage or grazing but have been approached if they could head it as they haven't got enough to fill a contract. Question what would that be worth to us?
