We get questions all the time about “what happens if you get a pile of snow at the end of the bale graze period” with the assumption that they wont clean it up as good. We got almost a foot of snow on day 15. The cows dont have shovels but they can dig, with their noses. Moved them today right on schedule at 21 days. You be the judge.

Beef Shank or Osso Bucco. First time that I have had the legs cut this way on a side of beef. I usually get them ground. This is quickly becoming one of my favourite cuts 😋

Alberta still issues paper health cards. Would you be in favor or opposed to your health card being integrated with you driver's licence or personal ID? I'm not talking about the data, but rather just the identification number. Why are DLs, S.I.N, passports, health cards, firearms permits, boating licences, hunting licenses, all different identification numbers??
