Does SPLC have a viable as applied challenge to the bank fraud charge? Maybe something like arguing that just as the government can't punish them for the political views of those they pay money to, it can't punish them for not helping banks punish them on that basis.

I stopped at a Maverik in Saratoga Springs, Utah and was shocked. I was the only White person in there. Everyone looked Central / South American. Only Spanish being spoken. They’re packing so many foreigners in Utah there’s no separation between the houses now. Just miles and miles of high density housing. Insane. The Utah we once knew is gone.

We’re still early. Quadrillions will flow through the XRPL. There are whales that exist that could move the price of XRP but none that would quite like the utility of XRP will. There most certainly will be massive amounts of capital deployed this next bull run.
