xMart Marketplace – Service Sunset Notice After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to wind down the xMart marketplace. Following an internal team dispute, the platform has effectively been inactive and, over time, usage has declined significantly. xMart currently averages only 1–2 users per day, and no new collections have been listed in over a year. As a result, the platform is no longer viable to continue operating. We want to ensure this process is handled as fairly and transparently as possible. What is affected This sunset applies only to spinner-based collections hosted through xMart. All other NFTs that exist on the XRPL will remain unaffected at the blockchain level. Options for Collection Owners We are offering two options: Complete Your Mint You may use any remaining spins to mint out your collection during the notice period. Collection Export We will provide a file containing your remaining unminted NFTs so you can relaunch or manage your collection independently. For NFT Holders All minted NFTs will remain on the XRPL. We strongly recommend ensuring your NFTs are stored in a wallet where you control the private keys. Please note that any platform-specific functionality, hosting, or utility linked to xMart may no longer be available after shutdown. Timeline Notice Period Begins: 19th March 2026 Final Minting / Export Deadline: 22nd of MAY 2026 Platform Shutdown: May 31st 2026 After the shutdown date, all xMart services and marketplace functionality will be permanently discontinued. We will keep backups of database for a limited period. Important Notes Users are responsible for taking action within the notice period. xMart will not be liable for any loss of access or functionality after the shutdown date. Evernorth (@evernorthxrp), expected to be the largest publicly traded XRP DAT company, filed its S-4 today. Monster doc. 400+ pages. 💪3 Standout items (among many): 1. SBI could have up to 59.7% voting power. 2. Stu Alderoty to be nominated to the board. 3. Pathfinder = new private company “bucket” that Ripple funded with XRP and merges into the public structure that becomes the main engine holding and growing the massive public XRP treasury. Think of it as the “XRP war chest” entity behind the new Nasdaq-listed company (ticker expected XRPN). More on Number 1: 👇 In this deal, SBI is one of the Advance Funding Subscribers. They committed serious money early and received a large block of Pubco (public company) Class A shares. (at closing $10 each) In almost every SPAC-to-public-company - the deals are like this: SPAC public shareholders (the people who bought shares in the original IPO) have the right to redeem their shares for cash (~$10.30 per share right now) right before the merger closes. If many redeem -- then fewer public shares remain outstanding and the private investors (SBI, Sponsor, Ripple affiliates, etc.) automatically own a much bigger percentage of the final company. 👉SBI’s percentage of voting power can move 29.8% to 59.7% **based on redemptions.** Why This Matters to XRP Holders SBI is one of the most pro-XRP institutions on the planet (they’ve been Ripple partners since 2016, run XRP trading in Japan, issue XRP-linked products, etc.). If redemptions are high (Likely? We have to see.), SBI ends up owning close to or over 50% of the public company that holds one of the largest XRP treasuries ever assembled (~473M+ XRP at launch). That gives SBI input/influence over: 1. Whether Pubco keeps buying XRP 2. Validator input on the XRP Ledger 3. Yield-generation / lending / AMM participation 4. Overall long-term XRP ecosystem alignment In short: High redemptions = SBI becomes the dominant force steering the biggest public XRP treasury vehicle ever created.
