I remember this conversation with @5vishy a few years ago. Increasingly the businesses across will be bimodal - very large that enjoy network/scale effects or botique that have unique advantages that scale cant help. I dont yet see this anything to change thesis.

@pkedrosky Regularly use pocket. I can't bear the switching costs of reading something useful right when I encounter it. And since a lot gets shared on scroll it and lose it apps like whatsapp, Pocket is a quick save action away. Just need a habit of opening pocket regularly when not busy

So my new theory on covid spread is inverted U shaped sensitivity to density and people's interactions. If mask is quasi vaccine, then a sneeze in a dense slum acts like that (inversely cubed proportional exposure to radius). Thus high sero load and asymptomatic cases in India.
