On June 17, 2020, 600 & Rising was reborn as an advocacy group. We were inspired by the more than 600 Black talent & allies who aligned their names with the Call for Change. Now the collective numbers more than 4,500 Black talent & allies #12DaysofCollectivePressure

Parity for Black talent in advertising and PR isn’t just about representation. It’s about pay and career opportunities. We push for policy that advances equity. 🗣Pay us what we’re worth! #12DaysofCollectivePressure

When we say advocacy, we mean real support for the Black talent in advertising/PR that have to deal with the realities of trying to thrive while working against systemic racism and performative allyship. There’s much more to be done but we’re committed #12DaysofCollectivePressure
