School Board Chair. Tech guy. Dad. Spartan racer. Muni budget expert. Marketeer. Maybe not in that order.

How can a Homeowners Association possibly be qualified to manage a $100,000,000 real estate asset? Reality is, getting involved with my HOA was one of the stupidest decisions I’ve ever made, and the entire HOA system needs to be completely overhauled from scratch. They especially can’t stand the real estate folks, and you make instant enemies for making an actual intelligent suggestion.

Just tried to call a local hotel, not a chain. After a long hold, someone in India answers. Tells me I need to call the hotel front desk. Gives me the number I just called. Our country can’t survive without this, you see.

NEW: Spencer Pratt fires back at reporter after he was asked about his plan for the homeless, says they will all end up in Seattle. Reporter: "What are your plans for the over 40,000 homeless in Los Angeles?" Pratt: "Well, they're not homeless, they're drug addicts... These people have been bused in by scam rehabs, scam NGOs, scam homeless nonprofits." "These people, when I unplug them ... they're all going to Seattle, where the mayor will welcome them."

There are now enough drones over the Russian land corridor to Crimea for operators to coordinate their actions for joint attacks on priority targets. Which is good.

Tech was one of the last paths into the upper middle class without family money, credential laundering, or nepotism. Now those jobs are disappearing too. That is why the layoff story matters beyond tech.

LA - is probably the only city in the world where creatives that like you can generate ads that go viral with millions of views - so good your opponents don’t even realize it’s not you they’re fighting anymore. @Hotshot_Movie, Pratt’s content director, has pushed back on the “AI” critique of his insanely viral campaign (and his hapless opponents…) - while @Rightanglenews details a clip of the Pratt team using pressure-washed stencils to drive home the ‘clean up this city’ point. Campaigns are hard. If this guy can run LA half as well as he’s running this campaign, the city is in luck. So is everyone in places like Canada who have lived with the grotesque urban decline from this corrupt ‘safe supply’ NGO grift - and had to watch, with their kids, the publicly-drugged slow-motion suicide of thousands with mental health problems. Here’s to the hope this Pratt campaign has ignited again that good ideas - well communicated - can prevail over really bad ones….

That moment you know that you’ve made it! 😂 (volume)

Unpopular Opinion 🚨: Thailand’s tourism economy would suffer badly without Indian tourists 🇮🇳✈️🇹🇭 Few people realize how much Indians spend across Thailand every year. Bookmark this tweet.

✈️ Air Canada employee Parmpal Sidhu is facing charges in a massive airport drug-smuggling ring. While working a warehouse job that pays around $50k a year, he was posting Instagram flexes from the Ritz-Carlton Dubai, flying business class, driving a Mercedes G-Wagon, sipping $1,000 champagne, and showing off high-powered rifles at the range. This is how drugs are allegedly being smuggled through Canadian airports — by insiders living like kings on the proceeds. The case is still before the courts, but the pictures don’t lie. This is what “speeds never seen before” looks like under the Liberals: record smuggling, open borders, and zero accountability. How many more insiders are on the payroll? Drop a 🔥 if you’re sick of this. #CDNPoli #AirportSmuggling #BorderSecurity #CarneyFail

Spencer Pratt says all of LA is angry with Karen Bass's failures, and "we're done with this." At a recent campaign event, he added a BBQ station because "that's part of LA" and "we're never going to ban barbecues." "I would never make barbecues illegal, but what I would make illegal are vagrant fires under freeways and next to buildings because 84% of the fires are not from people's backyard barbecues," Pratt explains. He's "too pumped" by all the support he's receiving. from people who approach him, saying, 'Thank God for somebody who's fighting these people.'
