@DustBaker Terrell is the best player out of that bunch, hard to say no to a corner that perfect fit wise in a BFlo defense

If we assume that the Vikings don't trade Jonathan Greenard or Jordan Addison and hence won't need an OLB or WR in Round 1, which rookie appeals to you the most at No. 18? C.J. Allen (LB) — Georgia Caleb Banks (DT) — Florida Kenyon Sadiq (TE) — Oregon Mansoor Delane (CB)  — LSU Peter Woods (DT) — Clemson Avieon Terrell (CB) — Clemson Dillon Thieneman (S) — Oregon Jeremod McCoy (CB) — Tennessee Kayden McDonald (DT) — Ohio State

My personal ideal first 3 rounds without trading. Make sure Dirty Harry re-signs with this draft, but also get a safety with your next pick

@MateoPotato1490 @MikeCastellino Lol we need him to be a plug and play nose tackle in a division with Josh Jacobs, Jahmyr Gibbs, and Ben Johnson. Idgaf what his “RAS” score is. He’s a true run stuffer who has shown an elite ability to get TFLs. It’s a much better strategy than having LDR trying to run nose.

Here's my first mock draft since we offered sheeted Ryan Van Demark if we land him as our swing tackle I truly believe Blake Brandel will be our starting center and I'll accept that no problem

@nurple_purp @Superskolfan Kayden McDonald is a monster. Not sure you have taken a look at the DT room, but no run stuffers is a concern in a division with Josh Jacobs, Jahmyr Gibbs, and Ben Johnson.

@dev_brennan @wokenathan @3mc10 100%. Played bad at Lambeau. Played bad against Chicago at home. Other than those 2-3 games he was fine, including multiple PLUS starts

@612yo @wokenathan @3mc10 Thank you.. he had plenty of high end plays and flashes, especially on some important drives or downs. He didn't play good against BAL but still had several unbelievable plays, including two 4th down conversations towards the end. Obviously he needs to become more consistent

@wokenathan @dev_brennan @3mc10 If you watched JJ McCarthy throughout the season, and come away with the idea that he’s “generationally terrible”, you’re living in a fantasy world. We all saw the improvement

@BaldyNFL @RazorbackFB @MykeWash03 Just a few, maybe a lot was poor wording, I think it’s more so a little lack of patience, and thinking his speed will create the angles for him, that might not work out as often at the next level. Like I mentioned before though I do still think he’ll have a nice career.

@3mc10 If Tyson didn’t have a history of: -Torn ACL, MCL, and PCL -Broken Collarbone -Hamstring issues I’d be all for it

@Superskolfan Respectfully wild to have an RB2 who is 5”8 that’s missing both breakaway speed + a size/power advantage. The vision and agility are nice, but Emmett Johnson is more agile, better breakaway speed, and better vision. Then you have Price, Washington, Claiborne.

@mitchmac2012 @TylerTalksBall It did start that way, but ultimately if you want to play to Kyler’s strengths a legit TE2 that can develop into a TE1 is important. I know ball man. (Also Trigg is a Day 2 Guy)

Hot take: I think the #Vikings should draft a WR at 18 overall. 1. None of the available safeties are 1st round talents. 2. Neither are any of the centers. 3. The two 1st round DTs (Peter Woods, Caleb Banks) aren't good at stopping the run. 4. Kyler needs a big-bodied WR3.

@612yo @TylerTalksBall I’m optimistic that Kyler’s style of play will result in a bounce back for Hock. But I’m positive that Kenyon Sadiq at 18 would be a Troy Williamson/LaQuon Treadwell type bust of a pick. The type of pick that costs people their jobs

@TheBrohioan Not sure we need another Box Safety if they plan to use Metellus more as a safety this year. Would prefer Haulcy or Bud Clark day 2

On record I'm completely fine with the Vikings taking EMW at 18. Him or Thieneman

Three deep? 👀 With Nailor off to the #Raiders & Addison’s long term future in question, a 1st to 2nd round WR may not be as crazy as it seems… 🤔 #SKOL

@SonicSpeeds17 @VikesVV We have Metellus who’s probably going to be used more as a box safety. Not sure we need a 2nd.

@mitchmac2012 @TylerTalksBall And you’re right, statistically it shows up as an improvement, but the amount of times he’s slipped/tripped after catching a simple pass is alarmingly high. Happy to share the clips if needed.
