@TylerTalksBall Except the deal you propose doesn’t really allow for figuring it out later. You’re exhausted most of the cap space and they don’t have the picks to replenish gaps in said rosters. Ant and Gianni’s aren’t enough… need quality role players

@SK0LPolls Yeah man, I also hate it when my favorite team has to give up good players to get a great player.
There is not a single player we are trading away who cannot be replaced. Sometimes you need to have the mindset of getting the best player, and figuring out the rest later.

just combine the proposed suns + wolves ja trade package into a 3 team deal. probably some additional cost to a donte swap with allen or oneal (could be either) but maybe memphis would prefer the expiring at less money, idk. move around some other minimum/young guys as needed.

@irish_tr4sh @flasportsbuzz Outside of Ware, Miami doesn't have valuable assets that can be flipped for more picks. Herro is a neutral asset. Jaquez is worth maybe 3-4 2nds. Nikola Jovic regressed and is on a poision pill. Pelle Larsson has value but they want to keep him. At least Jaden is worth four 1sts.

@TylerTalksBall @flasportsbuzz Our 2028 swap is likely going to be meaningless in a deal where we get Giannis. The bucks would be in rebuild and we would have giannis & ant so they wouldn’t use the swap. But you’re right Rudy could go for 2 picks maybe. I don’t see a path for the wolves to outbid Miami

@irish_tr4sh @flasportsbuzz Our '33 1st is tradeable on draft night & we have a '28 swap. Zubac and AD went for two 1sts, so I think we can trade Gobert for two 1sts. If finalized on draft night, a McDaniels + young players + 4 1sts + swaps deal is tough to beat. The point of this trade is to outbid Miami.

@TylerTalksBall @flasportsbuzz I actually disagree I think Kelel ware is going to be an all star caliber player in his career. the wolves only have 1 tradable pick. We can trade the rights to the player we select with the 28th pick but we can’t trade it before the draft. + Herro & jaquez..Heat deal is better

@march_mazness I was glad when we traded Wiggins for D-Lo, as I thought both sides needed a fresh start. But I would love to see how Wiggins does in Minnesota without the pressure of being "the guy". He can finally play his role and be himself alongside two superstars in Ant & Giannis.

@irish_tr4sh Pat Riley doesn't seem keen on changing his offer, according to @flasportsbuzz. The offer is the offer. If Minnesota outbids Miami, I'd guess that Riley will want to get some value out of the trade if he can't get Giannis. Julius Randle fits the Heat better than Andrew Wiggins.
