Single tax filers face some incredible challenges, in accumulation and in retirement. This will be a topic for one of Retirement Club’s zoom calls next week.

@strohs16 Nice. That sounds wonderful. Hockey and father / son time. 👍😊 The Leafs are still in the NHL? I thought they were moved to the second division. 😂

@dave_cramer If one is looking to build up their inflation-fighting bucket they might add to gold, commodities, oil and gas stocks and REITs. Or dollar cost average. It all depends on your weight and how much you want. 👍

@geoffschaeff Market history suggests that real S&P 500 returns over the next several years are negative or very low. Given that, I hedge that valuation issue. Of course, history is not guaranteed to repeat.

biggest mistake is seeing Oil bros comparing Iran opportunity to 2020-2021 - that was easiest RISK free investing maybe in history - in my lifetime anyhow - Oil was always going back to operational costs of at least $60 and equities were priced for end of oil - Gift from heaven
Kevin Malone@Malone_Wealth

Oil is up 55% in three weeks. Chevron $CVX is up 8% and Exxon $XOM is up 4.7% in the same time. Do you know why? Almost no institutions and large buyers are buying in. Which could set up for the biggest commodity rug-pull in history for all of the Mom and Pop investors being convinced by media to buy into this.
