Women ACT like it doesn’t matter. Every female medical student sat back and said and did nothing when its anatomy was censored from medical school anatomy class. Every female OB/GYN sat back and did nothing as clitoral anatomy was censored from all of their textbooks. Many of the textbook authors who chose to censor were female. Female doctors have approached female sexual function as if it occurs above the waist, as if the clitoris is irrelevant. Female surgeons have cut away at vulvas without bothering to learn anatomy first and have cut into clitorises without consent, mutilated patients, and then told them it was all in their heads. Female doctors have argued with me that clitoral anatomy is not relevant to diagnosis and treatment of sexual function, that OB/GYNs shouldn’t have to learn it even though they operate on vulvas, etc. Female doctors have told mutilated women that they “can just orgasm another way,” “just need to relax,” “just need to fall in love” when they are visibly and obviously mutilated. Female OB/GYN have published themselves or gone along and said nothing when the top OB/GYN surgery textbook said severing the nerve supply to the clitoral glans in toddlers didn’t impact sexual function. No female doctors were interested in stopping their colleagues from inflicting FGM until I went to social media and made a big deal about it. They still are mostly defensive and don’t care. Women in OB/GYN leadership have willfully resisted adding it to core curricula or board certification exams.

@jess_ann_pin My grandfather was 10 years older than my grandmother. She was married at 14 and gave birth at 16. He was 24 at marriage and 26 at my mom's birth. This was normal in Tennessee at the time back in the 1940s. Age gaps of 2 to 3 have never been normal until of recent.

When was that ever the norm? Find me data to prove this. Average age gaps in the West have been 2-3 years for centuries.

@jess_ann_pin I have a pelvic floor disability. I don't even like it when guys say things like "I'd fuck you so hard you can't walk". I used to be a runner, I've already experienced losing that, and struggling to walk sometimes. It would break my heart beyond words to lose it completely.

This poor husband is at a restaurant eating a lovely dinner .. MEANWHILE… His wife was concerned about him because his phone location had him in the water .
