App Update: v2.9.41 This week, we’re excited to share a few new features that bring us closer to one of our goals when starting Candle: programming your money. Here’s what’s new: • Shortcuts: You can now create a shortcut that transfers money based on a trigger. For example, the screenshot above shows a shortcut that transfers $10 to your spending account every time your balance drops below $1. We’ll be adding more triggers and actions in the future. • Wallet: Get an early look at the new investing, saving, and spending cards in the Wallet tab. You can add them, but they won’t be functional until the next few updates. • Performance Improvements: We’ve improved the app's performance to make it faster and more reliable. App Update: v2.7.29 This week, we're excited to share some new features and enhancements in Candle! • Robinhood Connection Upgrade: You can now authenticate seamlessly using Push Notifications. It’s faster, more secure, and more reliable. • Expanded Account Support: We’ve added support for IRA and Joint accounts. They will now show up in the Cash Card. • Minor UX Improvements: We've polished the orders automation and added a new spending card to the library on the Wallet tab. This week, we're excited to announce that you can now connect your Apple Savings, Cash, and Card accounts to Candle! What's new: • New connection: As mentioned, we've added Apple Wallet to our lineup of connections. • Redesign: We've tweaked the app's design by moving account activity to a separate tab, and Wallet now has a new card-based interface. • Orders and transfers: The action menu lets you make stock or crypto orders and transfers without switching between apps. • Performance: We made some performance improvements to the app, so it should run smoother than ever, and we are working on more improvements. I have always wondered how X (Twitter) and some iOS applications (some android apps as well) integrate changing their app's icon dynamically and wanted to integrate it in my React Native application. To achieve this, I used @6andle app-icon library to change icons dynamically in my demo react native application. I have integrated this feature in iOS properly and will try to integrate this in Android as well. Let me know if you need a guide on this as well as the source code for this. Apple Intelligence is going to unlock a lot of new possibilities!

App Update: v2.3.8 This week, we're excited to announce that our GPT is now available to all ChatGPT users! We've also shipped improvements throughout the app. What's new: • Onboarding: Our onboarding has been redesigned and can now be accessed from the profile screen. • Automation screen: We've added a quick actions menu to organize the different automation options, including a waitlist for our new rules engine. • New Profile section: Connecting Candle to ChatGPT and other integrations has been moved to a new section. • GPT: With the recent release of GPT-4o, our GPT is now available to all ChatGPT users. • Authentication: Reliability and performance improvements to our authentication and account linking. App Update: v2.2.1 This week, we're excited to announce that Candle now includes Robinhood debit card transactions in the Activity screen. This means you can now see all your transactions and orders in one place, making it easier to track your money.
