the difference is that OTA updates in React Native swap the JS bundle that shipped with the IPA.
so Apple reviews one version of the app, but users can end up running a different one later. If Apple checks the IPA they approved against what’s live on device, the mismatch is obvious.
that’s different from server driven UI or backend controlled logic, where the binary stays the same and only the data or rendered output changes
