All jokes aside. Drakes album losing 70 million streams and 50% of the overall streams in a day tells me ALOT. Ik the 1st day would be crazy but I also knew the lasting power would tell me where he is now. I didn’t think it was possible but, I’m now ready to say that Battle really did irreversible damage to that man in a way I haven’t seen before. He never gona totally disappear, but we might really be on the other side of the Hot line bling, God Plans, Controla Drake. I could be wrong, but if this keeps goin like this it might be cooked.

About UMG locking accounts from Drake. My theory is simple. UMG does not think this will impact Drake's numbers. Iceman will do what Drake normally does, and they know that. The lawsuit counters UMG's money strategy. They couldn't do what they did last time, which was not only failing to promote but also boycotting Drake. However, why are they striking Drake fans' accounts? Simple: to try to stop those who stop the narrative. Don't forget that during the whole Drake elimination campaign, these accounts disputed all the BS and allegations and helped prevent the shit from sticking. Today, no one believes the Drake PDF allegations, thanks to the online work that stopped it and his lawsuit. So UMG is trying to send a message to try to control the narrative again. They may not get the main accounts, but smaller accounts may disappear.

For the first time in this accounts history, several of our mashups were just taken down via a wave of copyright complaints. This wave of complaints did not just affect my account, it also took down videos of people reacting to ICEMAN, and even posts of some of Drake's biggest fanpages promoting & appreciating the album (shown in video) False copyright strikes like this lead to accounts on this app being unfairly suspended. Hoping that everyone is able to get these retracted, regardless of our history

When I said what I said on Apple Music, it wasn’t a glib shot. Part of (good) music criticism is cultural pattern recognition. It wasn’t hard to predict that the implications of naming an album this, during this political climate, would be used in this way by this administration
