I will start monthly online programming soon. Mentorship, peace of mind with your program, health/wellness/nutrition expertise, rehab, and just crafting your body and capability how you want it. More to follow, but if you're interested, feel free to DM.

Nope, those would be great assistance exercises because they are compound movements. You could always do some single set rest-pause burnouts with curls or something afterwards. Hope you like it! @70sBig

Also, I met a lot of SOF dudes before I enlisted with @70sBig. Those pre-army friendships led to TONS of joint training with AFSOC PJs. Had one on mission when I was blown up and he helped treat me after my dudes tourniqueted me.

One thing I never see online is how SF coordinates our own training. We didn't have air support for a TDY, and I started cold calling NG units, USMC, Navy, etc. The unit who ended up supporting us was just some 47 pilot I met randomly and kept his number. By, with, and through.

Probiotic foods several times a week have greater improvement compared to fiber in improving gut microbiome (big study came out last year). And reducing inflammatory foods will help.
I am become Life.@MikePerryavatar

The American diet is killing some people and making many others crazy. Processed food is seriously messing up people's gut biomes. Go eat "clean" for a couple months and see how sick you get after that when you return to a more "normal" diet.

If you have not read the Texas Method books by @JustinLascek , I highly recommend it. Keep your training simple. It's so easy to let it get overcomplicated.

@Soy_RGK They are now. But yeah, it'll jive with you too. Random-ass schedule, probably tired, limited time.

@rarbecuebibs Awesome! I'm glad it helped. My workout sessions (that I extract for the book) are usually under 30 min and sometimes just 15 min. And they aren't a big deal, so if you have to go do dad stuff in the middle, no biggie.

I'm not particularly active on social media, but if you'd like to support me, one way to do so is buying a @70sBig book I wrote. You get way more in my books than a generic workout template. Other avenues forthcoming. Thanks for the consideration. 70sbig.com/books/

New article titled "On Masculinity". "The clothes you wear, the things you lift, and the deeds you do don’t make you a man. What makes you a man, or a good person, is how you behave and treat people." justinlascek.com/on-masculinity/

If not, you can always go into a truck stop bathroom after lunch.

@grande_mucho No, mine has both. I go through phases of using either one, but water on the dry sauna rocks is nice in the winter. I think IR might be cheaper? There's a power usage difference, but it seemed negligible to me. I recommend Finnleo. You can search local dealers.

@70sBig In the market for one now, leaning towards infa-red due to running costs, do you think there is a therapeutic difference between steam and IR?
