I (and my docs) find it odd (in positive way) that with all the TBI shit-headaches 24/7, anxiety, all the crap I deal with-that I can still lift heavy. It’s literally single most important thing that keeps me positive even when I feel awful. Luv the Covid gym I built as well💪

Nope, those would be great assistance exercises because they are compound movements.
You could always do some single set rest-pause burnouts with curls or something afterwards.

Every year on this day I've tried to write something honest about the wounds caused by war. War kills people, emotions, personalities, and relationships. It destroys things in my life long after it's over.
