SHOCKING INCIDENT AT OUR NIGHT SHELTER Tonight, a guest from House Of Gods Hotel forced his way into our shelter demanding we film him handing out food for publicity. Our volunteers refused and asked him to leave. He became aggressive, saying he was a marine and issued threats, then violently assaulted a volunteer head butting and punching them. Despite calling 999, @PSOSGreaterGlas Greater Glasgow took over 30 minutes to attend while our volunteers were left trying to defend themselves and protect vulnerable guests, who were forced to wait outside in fear. Even more concerning hotel staff attended and asked if their guest could return, despite the assault. This is completely unacceptable. Our volunteers are here to save lives not be attacked.
