Breakfast- 2 whole eggs boiled and tuna around 32g protien
Post workout- Protien shake 40g
Dinner- Chicken 300g with any green around 90g
Finish the day off with a bowl of Greek yogurt which is around 20g
But I keep my cal intake around 1600 so you can eat more
