They can say what they want about the ballot initiative, but they explicitly chose to issue this ruling after the election happened. They had all the time in the world to issue an opinion or an injunction before allowing this election to happen. They did not overturn a map—they overturned an election. It is the power of the American people that should be the ultimate check on all three branches. The court’s ability to overturn an election that was clear in its result should be something that is called into question.

See this is the problem with the progressive echo chamber. They were warned by multiple courts before the vote ever happened that it was unconstitutional and likely won’t hold up if challenged. They did it anyway and wasted 70 million dollars for something they knew was a Hail Mary. Instead of telling their base the truth which is that they messed up and wasted a lot of time and money. They tell their base that it was trumps evil voter suppression and facism that denied the will of the people 😂😂😂.
