New: People trying to book #Nantucket ferries via #SteamshipAuthority having major issues this morning. One person said they went from 37th in the que all the way up to 10,000th!

@SteamshipMA This is not any more accurate or truthful than your earlier tweet that the system was working. Getting through to the site merely increases the likelihood of getting booted. If you refresh your browser you go to the end of the queue.

@JAG151 The site is working and no problems have been reported. We refreshed the queue at 5 am, so if you were logged in before that time, then you may have been kicked off. Are you seeing the waiting room image? If yes, you are in line.
