@mrlube I need answers. This experience was unacceptable. I expect a response.

@mrlube even though I told them I have warranty. Waited an hour in the rain. They didn’t have my brand, said I had no choice but to buy 2. Five hours later? A tire shop fixed my original tire for $28.

@mrlube_medhat Came off the highway scared with a flat tire near Mr. Lube (2191 Dundas St W). They found a nail and said it couldn’t be repaired. Tried to sell me 2 new tires ($300+ each), claiming I needed both or my alignment would be off
