I think the Steelers HC job is the most complex. You don’t have your QB, but if you’re Kubiak then you have access to draft capital and $$ to do what you want. If Shula, you have TJ-JPJ-Queen-Harmon and pieces signed in. Basically, HC can mold their own team with Draft or $

@HeisenBurghh TJs problem is one that he may or may not be able to fix. Hes been the best wide alignment edge rusher, maybe ever. But he never developed significantly beyond his speed rush, or dip/rip move. The lack of power game is why hes falling while Hunter and Garrett aren't.
