@ChadSteingraber "as of 30th Dec" & "must follow or be delisted" is a little misleading as there's a 12-18 month easing in period. I was unaware of this. So don't worry if you're EU based (as I am) & hold Tether on an exchange. Any reputable exchange will warn u prior to a delist

MiCA is now the active regulations as of December 30th 2024 which all crypto must follow or be delisted by exchanges. US Law coming soon in 2025.

Final post i'll make on this, and then we can let it play out how it wants. The two paths you can see on chart: first breaking above swing high VWAP, creating support before making new highs. The other is that dreaded retest of short term holder realised price (currently at 85.4k and rising) for a full capitulation reset.
I am ready for either, and will back up the truck if bitcoin does dip below 90k. It'll probably be a quick dip, so i'm hoping the stock market is open if it happens.

Capitulation is playing out, and it's time to tie everything together, so here's a thread comparing the unique repeating signs each cycle. Excluding 2020-21 cycle here, but including 2011, 2013, 2017, 2024-25. h/t to @Doctor_Magic_ and @jash_100 for showing me these signs... x.com/Doctor_Magic_/… So the trendline shared yesterday was broken. Here is yesterdays chart. The bearish option is playing out, with comparison of capitulation in march 2023 and january 2024. Here is the same chart, one day later and the original trendline is broken. Probable route shown with the thick black line, with a bounce of mvrv=1. This is what it looks like with short term holder realised price (at 85k currently, but moving up slowly). Now for the fun part: weekly RSI and how it also peaks similar days apart, each cycle. More on this with MVRV of previous cycles further down below. Please see these to understand what I mean when I say there is a unique trend for each cycle.

$XRPBTC The quoted analysis played perfect. Which means XRP is currently battling the largest resistance in history against $BTC It's been over 2000 DAYS since XRP was able to clear this resistance I think chop here is very likely, I don't see us blasting through right away
