The claim that Bitcoin only has to rise by 2% per year to cover the 11.5% yield on $STRC indefinitely assumes $MSTR stops issuing STRC. But Saylor is actually increasing issuance. The more STRC MSTR sells, the more BTC must rise to cover the yield. Also, if the price of STRC falls, MSTR will have to raise the yield to get the price back to 100. Of course, to cover the yield with Bitcoin, MSTR must sell BTC. But the more BTC @Saylor sells to pay the yield, the lower the price of BTC. The only way to stop the death spiral is for MSTR to cancel the dividend. Then STRC crashes, taking MSTR and BTC with it.

Gold is above $4,700. Since bottoming on March 23rd (my birthday), gold has rallied close to 15% in just over one week, finishing the quarter up about 7%. Despite today's rise, March was the worst month for gold since 2008. As a result, April may be gold's best month since 1980.

REPEATING A WARNING In Rich Dad’s Prophecy (2013) I warned the biggest stock market crash in history….was STILL coming. In 2026, I hope I am wrong…. Yet I am afraid that crash is now arriving. Why did I make that prediction? Because the cause of the 2008 crash, the GFC, Great Financial Crisis was never fixed. The subsequent crash could only get bigger.
