Links between Mandelson, Sheikh Hasina’s Bangladesh regime, Tulip Siddiq, and Starmer also need to be checked out.

@joannaccherry got to the heart of Mandelson scandal #TrevorPhilips reacting to @paulmasonnews defence of Starmer “I wanna pick up on something that Paul said. That the PM wanted to appoint a dodgy person to be our ambassador, our most important ambassadorial position in the world. “The PM wanted to appoint a dodgy person. Paul's admitting that Keir knew that Mandelson was dodgy. Of course he did! We all know Mandelson's dodgy. As you said, so much of the information was in the public domain. She rephrased: “We all knew that there were question marks over Peter Mandelson in relation to Epstein- in relation to connections with China- Right in relation to connections with Russia. There were red flags already.”

Joining The Dots. Dot 1. It’s becoming increasingly clear that Keir Starmer was more than a little keen to get Mandelson inside the White House. Dot 2. Chinese company WuXi AppTec with Chinese government links has been revealed as the single largest client of Lord Mandelson's lobbying firm Global Council. As the scandal over his security vetting continues. The Shanghai-listed company paid a total of £2.24million to Mandelson's company. Dot 3. WuXi AppTec paid £1.42m to Lord Mandelson's firm in 2024, as the peer was being appointed to his ambassadorial role! Anyone else hearing the alarm bells yet? Dot 4. WuXi AppTec is one of five companies named by the US Biosecure Act which banned federal agencies from purchasing biotechnology equipment from them! Dot 5. 2025. Christopher Cash and Christopher Berry were charged with spying for China. The case dropped unexpectedly pre-trial, just a month before they were due in court by Crown Prosecution Service (Starmers old office) due to lack of evidence! March 2026. Three men (including the partner of a Labour MP) were arrested on suspicion of assisting Chinese intelligence. No charges yet! Dot 6. Starmer controversially gives the go-ahead for a massive new Chinese embassy in London despite significant concerns that the Chinese state could use it for spying. Dot 7. In January Starmer became the first UK PM visit China since 2018 taking a business delegation (banks, industry) to seek economic cooperation while “managing” security tensions. I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but this stinks like ten day old fish!!! A ten day old red herring called Jeffrey Epstein.

"Starmer is now delivering without a mandate the kind of Brexit that May, even in a pro Remain Parliament, couldn’t get through the house."
Baa Ram Ewe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐑🐷🦃🚜@ShepherdWales

Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal contained two major changes from May’s Brexit deal that he was able to get the EU to change, prior to the 2019 GE, essentially because the EU didn’t think Boris would win the GE before ratification. The two major changes were: 1) Move the border for the NI Protocol to the Irish Sea. May’s deal had the whole of the U.K. under EU law until such a time as a solution for NI could be found. Essentially indefinitely keeping the U.K. in the EUs orbit with no say. Boris moved the border and had a clause in the NIP that allowed for its reopening when circumstances change post GE - aka the EU/UK TCA - although the EU refused to honour that clause when we finally had the EU/UK TCA one year after the GE. 2. Move the ‘Level Playing Field’ agreement (dynamic alignment) from the legally binding Withdrawal Agreement to the non legally binding Political Declaration. Essentially removing it provided Boris won the GE. Boris did this because it was all that he could do with the constraints that Parliament had placed on him but because it gave a sound base from which to eventually (by sorting NI out) deliver a full Independent, Sovereign U.K. Starmer is now delivering without a mandate the kind of Brexit that May, even in a pro Remain Parliament, couldn’t get through the house. He is delivering the Brexit that he himself refused as shadow Brexit Secretary.

So the charge against Boris Johnson that ultimately took him down, was that he should not have appointed Pincher when he was aware of his reputation. Are we *really* saying that Keir Starmer was completely unaware of Mandelson's reputation as the "Prince of Darkness"? Really??

Great article by Dan. By appointing Mandelson Starmer ignored security warnings & put the country at risk. He is not fit to be PM
Simon Danczuk@SimonDanczuk

This by ⁦@DPJHodges⁩ is worth reading. Security Services even warned Starmer about Mandelson in 2023. He is not fit to be Prime Minister, it’s the only conclusion.

What an utterly pitiful effort at covering the Mandelson vetting story on @bbclaurak show today. Soft soap interview with Liz Kendall, the hapless Govt minister sent out today, and an irrelevant panel. Has anyone told the BBC that this is a story about a MASSIVE security risk to our country created by a Prime Minister who has lied and lied again about this scandal to save his skin? Just imagine if this story was about Kemi Badenoch or Nigel Farage as PM. Do you think they'd have given it the same coverage? 🙄

Regardless of who knew what about the vetting process, Starmer was the one who chose & appointed Mandelson. And the photos and articles highlighting Mandelson’s friendship with Epstein were already out in the public domain prior to the appointment. The buck stops with Starmer.

@KevinASchofield But inexcusably Starmer appointed Mandelson to the job before he had cleared all layers of vetting. The buck stops with the PM

Liz Kendall says Keir Starmer would not have made Mandelson US ambassador if he’d known he hadn’t cleared vetting. But how believable is that when we know he was happy to give him the job even though he knew he had maintained contact with his mate Jeffrey Epstein even after his conviction for being a paedophile? huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/analysis…

As someone who can’t stand the Tories and many of their former prime ministers, I never thought I would say this, but it’s a Labour prime minister that I can’t stand the most. Keir Starmer has betrayed the electorate with snake oil salesmanship and his love of freebies. He has punished farmers, small businesses, pensioners, WASPI women, child abuse victims and students. He focuses more on the corporate class of Davos, BlackRock and Bill Gates rather than serving the people. He’s failed to fix the cost of living crisis and instead deepened it. He’s the diametric opposite of what Labour used to stand for. And all wrapped around that bloody awful po-faced, sanctimonious manner of his. He’s totally disconnected from the mood of the nation. He’s the worst prime minister at exactly the worst time.

Youre either a liar or just thick. Boris went to the country in 2019 with a GE. After being denied a GE by Labour for months.
Grifter Buster@keepsayingitok

@Nathan_Brit_ @Goosey30111568 There will no be general election, just like there wasn't when Teresa May left office and was replaced by Boris Johnson, who was replaced by Liz Truss and then Rishi Sunak - none of the 3 were voted in by the electorate.

Very interesting article in the French weekly financial and business paper, Le Nouvel Economiste. The City of London still dominates "despite Brexit", and the innovations made by the UK that were not possible in the EU have only allowed it to increase its massive lead.

Important thing to note. The issues relating to Mandelson's Russia and China links were not just the subject of DV Vetting. As we explain in the MoS today, they were specifically included in the Cabinet Office briefing handed to Starmer. He can't claim he wasn't told.

What is being claimed by Whitehall today is ridiculous, that they had to have legal clearance to brief the Prime Minister on Mandelson’s security rejection. If it was OK to brief the Cabinet Secretary it was OK to brief the PM. What is more, the fact of his failing the vetting and that failure being overruled is not protected by any data or privacy laws. They are operational facts. The details of why he failed may be, but the PM does not need to know that to correct his false statements to Parliament. That can come later. This is beginning to look like a tissue of lies.
