idk if this is a bug but i switch between chatgpt codex and chatgpt work and NOTHING changes in the sidebar????

Or even just “symlink” style recategorisation.
Sometimes you start a chat to create folder “project-Y” and now you want that chat in that folder/project.

You (or the agent) can also easily modify and change the goal over time this way too.

Codex writing your goal prompt is amazing. Even better, have it save the prompt to a markdown file, so you can exceed the 4000 character limit. Ex: Create a /goal prompt to complete the backlog, and save it as a markdown file. /goal complete the prompt in the markdown file.

@Dimillian I reached for it yesterday, but simply mentioning the file name sent it in the right direction. In terms of file system understanding, my main gripe is not having a way to dynamically select/create a folder when spinning up a new project. The “paste a path” model isn’t great.

I have a new kind of big button that I can press for Codex. Over the next 100 days, we will select one person per day who does impressive or incredibly useful work with Codex and give them 10X usage limits for a month to see what they can do with it. First one tomorrow.

codex needs a separate ios app from chatgpt so bad. i’m using claude chat more than ever because it’s such a pain to switch out of codex to chat
