My dad would take me to work when I was a kid.
About 25 years ago we went and fixed a faucet at a bakery. Our rate was probably $75 back then.
We billed the owner for an hour. She didn't like the price.
My dad said he would trade her for a dozen raisin filled cookies but she had to come cook them at our house.
She paid the bill.

@801Barney I’ve made this mistake too many times. Once I left work and got rear ended and about peed myself on the side of the freeway waiting for the cops. Another time I did this and was stuck in a parking garage for 2 hours. A lesson has been learned.
