Today I got to farewell someone near and dear to my heart! Thank you Aunty Daph all the yarns, stories, laughs and hugs! You definitely help make me the educator and person I am today, truly grateful that our paths crossed!

@itsF1SKY We do this, the kids were not eating all their food as they were too eager to play. Also gives a good time for kids to calm down before resuming learning. Less interruptive to teaching time.

Any other primary schools out there switch their eating times for recess and lunch to the END of the break. This means students PLAY FIRST then come back to their classrooms at the end of playtime to have eating time. They then resume learning. 🥪🥪🥪🤔🤔🤔 #curious
