Patients from recovery through activity group wanted to do me a leaving party an brought me a OT survival kit. so overwhelmed with their kindness. They said it was share self care activity. @MOHOspark without your amazing book we wouldn't have these amazing groups

Potato pie was absolutely beautiful The potatoes was grown on our greenspace allotment and picked and cooked by a very determined patient at work. I love my job @RCOTWestMids @greenspace @theRCOT occupational therapy is a job so different from the rest.

Maybe an occupational approach could help? More time out or cells. Increased structured, challenging activities (outside of education/work), and regular groups and sessions to develop skills to live better and happier lives.
