Any snack from Sunshine, Holiday, Devon, Charles, Kisscake are all Trini snacks. The only snack we have are from National, Chippies, St Mary’s, Tiggaz and the company that make police button. We legit depend on TT & Barbados for A LOT of stuff. (Even outside of snacks)

But cities can be designed to need fewer private cars, surely? The demand for low occupancy cars is created by poor public transportation, lack of sidewalks, crosswalks and shade. Car dependency makes cities less livable. There is another way.

To suggest that the source of the traffic problem is "too many cars" is akin to blaming the annual water shortage on "too much bathing and drinking of water". Infrastructure and systems must meet demand otherwise it obstructs economic growth.
