US oil prices dropped as low as $86.50 on reports that the US is seeking a one-month ceasefire with Iran. Iran has repeatedly said they are looking for a permanent solution, not a ceasefire that would allow the US to rearm, like in Gaza. It doesn’t look like this war will be over anytime soon.
