Get rid of the Dr ahead of your name after that comment. The Black Death fatalities you referenced were in THE 14TH CENTURY, not last week. And what was the state of medical knowledge in the 14th century? Oh, the concept of bacteria wasn’t even postulated until the mid 1600’s. Those darn details keep getting in the way of your stupid comments.

Well, you’re echoing one of the most ignorant statements on the internet. Water is not “consumed” by data centers numbnuts. It’s cooled and reused so maybe…with a huge stretch of your imagination you could complain that the water downstream of a data center is slightly warmer than upstream. That’s it.

🚨BREAKING: There is NO water in The Rio Grande?! I’m standing here in New Mexico and the river is completely DRY. Nearby AI data centers are consuming massive amounts of water to keep their systems cool. Meta’s Los Lunas facility alone has reportedly been tied to roughly 75 million gallons of water usage per year connected to Rio Grande resources and it’s only ONE of many projects expanding across the state. People can argue over the exact numbers, but one thing is undeniable… these facilities require enormous amounts of water and there are more data centers across the country being built as we speak. This is starting to look like an environmental disaster in plain sight. We need to put pressure on local representatives and the President to examine this environmental crisis before it’s too late.

Tell me if I got this right. Normal people can work 40 years and still not afford retirement. But politicians can work for only 4 years and retire for life.

@blkempresss Hmm. Stepping on the sacrifices of all soldiers to try and make it a racial issue is just sick. Ask any soldier who had their back in combat and race never factors into their answer. Everyone bleeds red you ignorant POS.

What you’re actually saying is that YOU, as an individual, can’t understand how someone can be financially successful. And like all liberals, the Billion becomes a Million becomes anything more then you earn because in your view you deserve what your lack of talent and drive keeps you from ever achieving.

If you could count 1 $20 bill every second, and you worked for 8 hours a day. It would take you nearly 5 years working 365 days a year to count $1bn. Nobody earns that much money.

Implicit in your comment is the arrogant “doctors know everything and don’t you DARE to tell me differently”. Ignore the millions of misdiagnosed patients that struggle with health conditions or even die because their doctor was simply ignorant of their underlying condition(s). Doctors are not omniscient about every condition of the human race and guess what, they make mistakes. There are incredibly bright doctors and there are also lazy doctors , overworked doctors and even maliciously evil doctors…. So yes, I take my well being seriously and since I have the ability to access information that a doctor may not have the background on I damn well will argue with an ignorant diagnosis. And BTW, I’ve designed and built some of the imaging systems that doctors are incredibly reliant on for your “informed diagnosis” that non doctors couldn’t possibly understand. Hmmm. Maybe there are bright folks out there that aren’t MDs….

Or maybe realize that the MSM covered up, if not lied, about the totality of George Floyd’s condition at the time of his arrest. So how in the hell to you extend a situation of one black male under the influence to the entire black population? Are you implying that all blacks are equally incapable of independent thought and action? Or that the world owes “empathy and ompassion” to all blacks simply by the color of your skin?? Wow. Just wow..

Haha. I noticed you ignore comments from folks pointing out that slavery wasn’t created by “white folks”. You also ignore the historical facts of Arabs enslaving blacks which were purchased from black tribes enslaving blacks. Subjugation of others is part of the history of ALL HUMANS since forever. So nix the racial bullshit and simply point out that humans will always strive for control over others in their pursuit of power and/or monetary gain

If white people deserve exclusive credit for "ending slavery," then white people built the system, ran the system, defended the system, went to war to preserve the system, and then at the very last moment, after centuries of resistance from the people inside it made it unsustainable, signed the paper. And kept all the credit. That's not a legacy of moral leadership. That's a legacy of owning the pen.

Liberal economics tells us this isn't possible because the landlords will compete with each other to lower prices, in reality landlords aren't stupid enough to start self-ruinous price wars and instinctively understand that the tenants are the enemy!
Gemma@windupgemma

My last rent increase was because the landlord noticed that the market rate for the area had gone up Not because his costs went up, but because other landlords were charging more in my area and my landlord felt left out and thought I should pay him more for the same thing

You should be embarrassed over your comment. In 2026 to date, there have been 130 deaths due to the Ebola outbreak. In FEBRUARY, 2026, JUST ONE MONTH ALONE IN JUST THE US ALONE THERE WERE 3,030 FATALITIES DUE TO CAR CRASHES. So what exactly is “Much, much worse”? 200? 300? You should give up your medical practice out of embarrassment over your really stupid comments.

Leaked video from inside ICE detention center in Louisiana—shows starving men begging for "Food! Please, now!" "I was there! No matter what you do nobody pays attention to you," said Victor Nery. "They say 'food' because they made us endure hunger with only potato puree," said Chris originally from El Salvador. "It's Louisiana low level... that cell was in front of mine and each one has 90 - 110 detainees."

You’re an idiot. Was it a Trump appointee that leaked those returns? Duh… no. It was a DEMOCRAT that was upset over Hillary dear not winning the election that leaked the returns. The government’s liability for illegal actions doesn’t stop or start with a new administration. Who did it, why they did it and was it illegal are simple questions that appear to be above an 90 IQ

So here’s a dichotomy that you haven’t addressed . Blacks say that they’re due reparations for historical actions but you now say those actions by Democrats are irrelevant because Democrats have changed. So if true, then reparations aren’t due because the entire world has changed since slavery….which was ended by Republicans. So, is history valid or isn’t it? Can’t have it both ways unless you ignore logic in favor of your own political bias.

The “Democrats are the party of the KKK” line only works if you pretend American political history froze in 1865 and nothing changed afterward. Yes, Southern Democrats were deeply tied to segregation, Jim Crow, and Klan-aligned power structures for decades. Then came the Civil Rights Act, Voting Rights Act, and the Southern Strategy. And suddenly a whole lot of segregationists started feeling politically homeless. That’s the part people conveniently skip. The Republican Party began as the anti-slavery party of Lincoln. The Democratic Party once dominated the segregationist South. BOTH parties evolved. That’s the actual history. Not the cartoon version. The KKK wasn’t “the Democratic Party” institutionally, but it overwhelmingly aligned with white Southern Democrats during Reconstruction and Jim Crow. Then, over the second half of the 20th century, racial and ideological realignment reshaped both coalitions. Historians have documented this for decades. Today, both parties officially denounce the KKK and white supremacy. Modern extremist groups exist outside formal party structures, even if many lean toward far-right politics electorally. Trying to use 19th-century party labels to describe modern coalitions is like insisting your smartphone is a telegraph because both send messages. History is more complicated than propaganda. Which, admittedly, is very inconvenient for people trying to explain America with a meme and three capital letters.
