So, Q2 2026 domestic box office came in at $2.97 billion. Sooooo close to breaking $3 billion for the first time since Q2 2019's $3.26 billion (adjusting for inflation, it's nowhere close). Since Q4 2021, $AMC has captured roughly 24.64% of the domestic box office, which would give them domestic ticket sales of $672.5 million. Again, since Q4 2021, AMC's domestic ticket sales have represented about 41.11% of total revenue. That would put their total revenue at $1,635,805,773. We'll see how close I got when AMC announces their Q2 results in a few weeks.

Update: UPS put out an official statement on the video saying: "We're aware of the video. We have taken appropriate action with our driver and also have followed up with our customer." In other words? They’re not going to do a damn thing to him. And if that owner had kept yapping, he was about to get popped right along with the package.

People just don't go to the movies like they used to. There also aren't a lot of offerings that are worth a drive to a theater. Sure, there will always be diehard fans of theaters (they're almost all in the #AMCARMY), but most people don't give a crap about theaters. It's a tough business. $AMC made it tougher on themselves by taking on so much debt.

My guess is Lindsey Graham just died of a sudden heart attack. But with all the recent death threats from other countries, and the fact that he just got back from Ukraine pushing major sanctions on Russia, an autopsy should be performed. Also, whoever made the decision to say he died after a “brief illness”instead of just saying he died from a heart attack, was probably what fueled most of the sudden doubt. I just don’t get that at all.

Box office has improved but here’s the reality for AMC: $400M + in interest per yr 3.2B debt due in 2029 200M or so shares left to offer Still burning mass cash They need to make over $1B per year (!) until the 2029 debt is due. And remember net profit is not cash flow.

I always get FOMO when $MSTR trades below $100. Incredible entry for a stock that will trade to $500 when Bitcoin goes to $200k. Despite being down 76.94% over the last 12 months their balance sheet is stronger than ever before. I look forward to seeing the massive gains of the person who has the conviction to be buying LEAPS right now. I am so tempted. Still bullish and staying the course.
