One thing I’ve yet to see anyone touch on regarding this story is the fact he SENT THE GIRL HOME because he had to work soon. If his story is to be believed in the first place, Dickers really passed up getting laid so he can get to his wagie job on time.

Announcing that a show has been cancelled before the 2nd season has aired, is always a good sign that everything is going great 😅

There’s actually a pretty solid way they could pull this off, and honestly I’d be into it.
The idea is they use the World Between Worlds to go back to that moment between Luke and Ben Solo. Not to completely rewrite everything, just to slightly change what happens so Ben doesn’t become Kylo Ren.
That one change creates two outcomes instead of erasing anything.
One timeline is what we already saw with the sequels. Ben falls, becomes Kylo, and everything plays out the same.
The other timeline is the “what if it went right” version. Ben doesn’t fall, Luke doesn’t lose everything, and the future looks completely different.
It’s basically like The Legend of Zelda timeline logic. One where the hero fails, one where the hero succeeds.
If they went this route, I could see Grogu being the one who triggers it. He was around before Ben, trained with Luke, and he’s powerful enough to do something like that. It would also explain why he’s missing later. He ends up stuck in between timelines after causing the split.
The sequel characters like Rey, Finn, and Poe would still exist, just in that original timeline. Nothing gets erased, it just becomes one version of events instead of the only one.
I also wouldn’t be surprised if they introduce some bigger threat tied to all this. Something connected to the Force itself that gets drawn to the energy of the split and ends up becoming the next big problem.
Stuff from the newer shows like Mando and Ahsoka would still matter too, especially since they already introduced the World Between Worlds there.
And yeah, bringing back Hayden Christensen as Anakin again would make sense since they’ve already played with that idea. In fact, he could be the entity drawn to the split. Wanting his body back.
They could do this in live action, but animation honestly feels more likely just because of how much easier it is to handle younger versions of characters.
At the end of the day, they’re not deleting anything. It just becomes two canon futures instead of one. And they’ve already kind of set the groundwork for that.
