@CraigHouse11 @pokemondealsuk If you haven’t tried doing it on a laptop/PC I would recommend. It didn’t work for me when I tried paying on my phone

@pokemondealsuk I know. I’ve tried over 15 different cards. No matter what I do (device, browser, different people, different regions even) it won’t take payment. I lost my Perfect Order ETB order and I’m going to lose this one too. Gutted.

Ready for the after party?
We will be extending the Twisted Masquerade Event until July 24 to replace the Chaos Shuffle Modifier that was supposed to run during that time.
This iteration of the Modifier was meant to introduce an anti-slugging solution, but following internal testing, it did not meet our standards. Instead of running the Chaos Shuffle Modifier without any significant changes, we’ll be extending the Event to make our last Masquerade last just a little longer.
➡️ The Event queue will remain open until July 24.
➡️ You will still be able to earn Event currency and unlock Event rewards during that time.
➡️ We will be adding more Quests for you to complete during that additional week.
➡️ The Free Character Trials will be re-enabled between July 17 and July 24. They were temporarily disabled while we worked on an issue.

@stockx who do I contact to cancel a buyers order. Have to cancel due to item being damaged. I tried emailing your support team but you guys have closed the emails now. I’ve also tried going in the support centre and there is no contacts for me to directly contact you guys.
