@nickyboy1886 @pokemondealsuk Every store varies but we’ve found scalping to be a big issue at our store. We have persistent customers who will return 5 to 6 times a day trying to clear the shelf. It rarely goes out for this reason. Theft of Pokemon items is very high too.

@CraigHouse11 @pokemondealsuk I had it on mine for this one and I did it from the website not the email, at the bottom of the homepage there is order status, put your order nr in there and go from there. Worked first time for me

@CraigHouse11 @pokemondealsuk If you haven’t tried doing it on a laptop/PC I would recommend. It didn’t work for me when I tried paying on my phone

@CraigHouse11 @pokemondealsuk Yeah I don't see the issue. I had this once because my card expired. Just update your payment method/ info.

@GColyer @pokemondealsuk I’ve tried laptop mate, pretty much every browser too. Still nothing.

@CraigHouse11 @pokemondealsuk Update on desktop, not on mobile. The two times I’ve had to update payment deets it didn’t work on mobile, would only work on laptop.

@pokemondealsuk Sadly not. It’s a known issue that they refuse to acknowledge. I’ve spoke with others who’ve experienced the same. If it happens to you you’ve basically lost your order.

@CraigHouse11 write to their customer support, they should help

@pokemondealsuk I know. I’ve tried over 15 different cards. No matter what I do (device, browser, different people, different regions even) it won’t take payment. I lost my Perfect Order ETB order and I’m going to lose this one too. Gutted.
