@eurowings “nice” service of nothing when you cancelled the flight after waiting for 50 mins past departure time, and massive waiting time (3+ hours) to get a booking resolved in your airport counter just because your app didn’t allow the rebooking. And this means 0 compensation.

@lclifford @DavidLloydUK Couldn’t agree more!!! We do not owe them. I absolutely don’t intend to pay the fee I didn’t use the gym for and I gave notice definitely in the required time frame.

@yanghaishen @DavidLloydUK Yes, same to me. paid year in advance. club then closed. 6 months of chasing and harassing me and now debt collectors! I do not owe them.

@DavidLloydUK it’s so painful and rude when you leave the membership compared to the smiley faces when you join them. Still asking to pay another full month membership fee even though I gave notice before the month ended and they failed to speak over phone about this matter. 😤
