@DavidLloydUK it’s so painful and rude when you leave the membership compared to the smiley faces when you join them. Still asking to pay another full month membership fee even though I gave notice before the month ended and they failed to speak over phone about this matter. 😤

@DavidLloydUK I didn’t pay you for three months because you couldn’t open, I didn’t agree to add those three months on to the length of my contract!! How can you charge full rate when you have limited capacity? I hope you’re not charging for the kids: no climbing frame etc.
