आठवें वेतन आयोग में फिट्मेंट फैक्टर को लेकर अफवाहों का दौर जारी है। कई मीडिया चैनल्स मनगढ़ंत तरीके से फिट्मेंट फैक्टर को 1.83 से 2.46 बता रहे हैं जो कि पूरी तरह से आधारहीन और गलत है। मीडिया चाहे प्रिन्ट हो या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक, किसी को भी आज तक सरकारी कर्मचारी के वेतन निर्धारण प्रक्रिया समझ ही नहीं आई है। यदि फिटमेंट फैक्टर 2.56 मिल जाए तो ये लोग अपने चैनल्स पर यही कहेंगे कि “सरकारी कर्मचारी का वेतन हुआ 2.5 गुना, अर्थात आज किसी का वेतन ₹1,00,000 है तो उसे ₹2,56,000 मिलेंगे”। जबकि उन्हें मूल वेतन और भत्तों की जानकारी ही नहीं होती। इन सबसे अलग सत्य यह भी है कि कार्य के बोझ और जिम्मेदारी के हिसाब से सरकारी कर्मचारी का वेतन बहुत कम है। सरकार को इस वेतन आयोग में इस पर गहनता से ध्यान देन होगा। #8thpaycommission #Pay_Commission #Central_Pay_Commission #8thPay_Commission #वेतन_आयोग #8thPayCommission #Employee_Unions #Dearness_Allowance

📢 DA Update – January 2026 (CPI-IW Press Release: October 2025) The Labour Bureau has released the CPI-IW for October 2025, which has risen to 147.7 (↑ 0.4 points). This contributes to the 12-month average used for DA calculation. That’s a pretty sweeping generalization. In reality, the vast majority of government officials and civil servants are regular people who show up every day, work long hours, deal with endless bureaucracy, and get paid far less than their private sector counterparts with similar qualifications. Many of them genuinely believe in public service and keep critical systems (hospitals, schools, roads, electricity, water, disaster response, courts, etc.) running despite tight budgets and constant public criticism. Sure, corruption and incompetence exist just like they do in big corporations, NGOs, or any large organization with power and money. The difference is that when a government employee messes up, it’s on the front page; when a private company does it, it’s usually buried in a press release. Blanket statements like “most are corrupt, lazy, arrogant” ignore the millions of teachers, doctors, nurses, soldiers, police officers, clerks, and administrators who are competent and honest. If literally most were as bad as you say, the country would collapse overnight—it hasn’t.
