Ok fair point. But as per RBI Circular RBI/2006/167 DBOD.NO.BP.40/21.04.158/2006-07, the guidelines for banks in this regard are very clear and directive. The outsourcing of any activity by bank does not diminish its obligations, and those of its Board and senior management, who have the ultimate responsibility for the outsourced activity. Banks would therefore be responsible for the actions of their service provider including Direct Sales Agents/ Direct Marketing Agents and recovery agents

@daily_objects your CSA on call agreed that if anything goes wrong after the warranty period the customers should just throw the product. Considering there is no service provided. A lot of products comes with 1 year warranty but that doesn’t mean the product only works for 1year

@daily_objects I bought magsafe powerbank in 2023 end. The wireless feature stopped working, I understand it is out of warranty and I’m not asking to repair it for free, what service do you have to repair it? Considering it is not even 2 years old.
