When someone brings up kobenis contract as an "unresolved plot point" I can immediately clock that they do not have any conceptual idea of what type of plot points should and shouldn't be resolved by the end of a story

Every trope’s been done before and will be done again. What matters is the author’s spin—how it’s executed and where it leads. That’s the whole point of following a story. And your take on teenagers is way off, dawg. 🤣 A lot of teens are impulsive, emotional, and make rash decisions. It's just a part of growing up (though some never grow out of it). Even with how much has changed in Dandadan, Tatsu’s clearly playing the long game with Momo and Okarun while still writing them like actual teens—second-guessing themselves and giving in to their angst. What started as “will they or won’t they?” has become “when will it happen?” This whole long game is sort of the point. 🤷‍♂️🤣
