An interesting note on #Vanderbilt's Eli Stowers: While officially he's a TE, several teams are evaluating him as a WR. At 6-foot-4, 239, his build can be compared to Mike Evans. Stowers, by the way, visits the #Broncos next week, and he's done #Rams, #Titans, and #Cowboys.

“If you look at some of the best wide receivers in the NFL and a lot of times those guys also are the 6’2, 220 guys who can run in the 4.3s” Who does this apply to? The best 220+ lb receiver in the NFL is AJ Brown. He ran a 4.49. Metcalf is the only 220+ receiver in the NFL with 4.3 speed that has broken 1,000 yards. Deebo is the comp he used for Chris Bell. Deebo isn’t a great receiver because he ran a 4.48 40 time. Almost every defensive back he’s going against likely ran in the 4.4s also. Deebo’s tackle-breaking ability is 1 of 1. No other receiver has come close to it. Deebo had a 27% forced missed tackle rate in college. Bell is at 17%. Deebo averaged 8.4 YAC per reception in college. Bell averaged 5.9. Chris Bell is an extremely difficult evaluation Unbelievably fast & explosive, yet Louisville's usage of him didn't suggest they knew that. Of 136 qualifying draft-eligible WRs in CFB, only FOUR had a lower percentage of their targets come 20+ air yards down the field than Bell
