@tmb237 @cseem20 Understand that they PAID real USD to these guys tha is >$1million USD . They invest money, but under Diebler the talent evaluation has been awful. Diebs can’t coach and was the reason the season was so bad. He can’t adapt his plan and relies on guys to hit contested shots.

I hear you man but you also gotta understand the financial side of things. 1. The basketball program has ALWAYS and will ALWAYS take a back seat to football. Until comparable resources are given I’d limit expectations unless you’re ready for resources to be taken from football which I know you or nobody else is willing to budge on that. 2. Roster evals need to be better. No argument. However, that also plays into having resources. If you want elite players, you got to pay them. 3. I realize everybody is hyper focused on the last play of the game yesterday. And that is fair criticism. However, Jake coached his ass off getting us back into that game when we were down 15 and he coached his ass off to get us off the bubble and on the eight line.. This team showed a massive improvement from last year, which is all you can ask for from a second year head coach. The players absolutely love him and play their ass off for him.. next year the roster will be the best he has had. He deserves a 3rd year to see if he can keep improving. Building a foundation to a stable and winning program doesn’t happen over night even in this era. Let Jake cook!

i agree with some of mark titus rant the part he missing is it’s a lot of us who are watching tape on these guys, who are very much invested in this program 365. its slap in the face to us when this staff puts a roster together that gives gabe cupps & puff johnson real burn

@EverlyJoseph @PAPABURGHH @SteelerSanc16 Again , I am talking about THIS CLASS , with Mendoza. I’m not saying he is an elite 1st round prospect. But this season the QB is so weak that he isn’t far off from being a top 3 guy if he were to be in this class not last.

@EverlyJoseph @PAPABURGHH @SteelerSanc16 I see a combination of on-field production and leadership, mix with a really poor QB class that was BEGGING for someone to breakout into a QB1 spot for the draft. Brock purdy has made himself into a pro-bowler with the same attributes. Worth a look this season🤷🏼‍♂️

@EverlyJoseph @PAPABURGHH @SteelerSanc16 You’re missing the point I’m making that Will a prospect to at least view. If Will had last years performance this season he’d be the QB2 next to Mendoza. Nobody batting an eye at Mendoza when Will is a comparable prospect with better stats .
