Far-right ministers, once key to the coalition, have become liabilities in the new framework. Elections must be held by October 2026. Markets are sending the signal that things are settling back to normal. Capital is seeing a managed transition. There's going to be a coalition fracture or early elections on the horizon. Either path will lead to a more centrist government aligned with the new Gulf-led reality. Netanyahu will step into legacy status while the far right is pushed aside. Israel's national interest will begin to accelerate on the erosion path, until nothing is left but it's raw colonial form. Palestine is emerging.
