Hundreds of years ago we managed to drain the whole of the Fens, with the help of the Dutch and wind powered pumps. Now 2 lanes of the #A14 at Newmarket are impassable with water for ~ a week causing traffic chaos. @HighwaysEAST need help from the @Rijkswaterstaat? #BrokenBritain
