@HSBC_UK @Ikkyaa I am a Good Things Foundation Ambassador passionate about digital inclusion. The bank's response to this problem is woeful. HSBC need to fix the app so any cheque can be deposited. I business bank with Barclays. Their app works.

@HSBC_UK you have closed all the local branches and the HSBC app does not work to deposite cheques. Please can you advise?

@Ikkyaa @HSBC_UK I have a friend who is housebound as a wheelchair user he loves the HSBC app but has found it impossible deposit a small dividend cheque. This has been a problem for more than 2 years. Why has there not been a fix?
