Giving traders complementary resets for accounts lost due to an error out of their control - does not help at all, @MichaelPatak . Especially now when everyone gets the email about the Focus Program. More than that, not all of us are streamers or some big gurus to be recording the trading session but I’ll start doing it from now on. I had 5 accounts, lost just now due to an error and what do I get? 2 complementary resets and a straight invitation to the Focus Program? That’s not fair at all, not right. Please do it right. @Topstep @AskTopstep

@ForexIke @Topstep The unprofitable will blame even the weather. lol Here is my problem: I cant keep more than 3 accounts running. I get to 5 and then lose 1-2. I do have up in running 3 accounts nonstop but whenever I get to 5 running - I lose 1-2. Its been a month I think

Even with the @Topstep issues this past week, we still getting payouts.

I had no active Topstep accounts, so I have no dog in the fight, but let's be clear about something. What you're doing is fraud. It doesn't matter how annoyed you are with topstep, or whether you think they're right or wrong. When you submit a chargeback, often your bank will essentially immediately deposit the money to keep you happy. Topstep usually has 45-90 days to respond to the dispute. They will send the bank a PDF of all your transactions, all the times you logged on and clicked the mouse, all the times you voluntarily came back and purchased more and more evals. They will show that unless you had a psychotic episode and purchased 30+ accounts on the two or three specific days there were outages, that most of those purchases were just you blowing accounts. They will likely use a chargeback service, who fights it for them. Morally (in my opinion) this is theft. You were happy to purchase accounts and blow them when things were working, when they stopped working, instead of charging back the one account (which might just be a nuisance that Topstep ignore), you chose to commit theft. There is no way any sane individual person lost $4000 to the service outtages. If you did, that's on you. As I've said before, the money in the Topstep account doesn't legally belong to you. You have no claim to it. So Topstep will fight this. They will likely win. The $4600 will suddenly disappear from your account, and you will be blacklisted from the props, and if it's proven fraud you may be blacklisted from other props and digital vendors as well. Even if the bank sides with you, Topstep may decide to pursue the debt separately. And when they're back up and running, you've now cut off a viable source of income. Of interest is that even in an Armageddon case like FTT going bankrupt, the court have given the administrator permission to pursue those who obtained chargebacks to claw back that money from them. No crying in the casino.

Bearish candle formations(1h chart) on $NQ & $ES but the DOL is still higher. Too early to say but it looks like a "failed highs" scenario where NY session will take it all. Asia session will set the tone though.

This is unacceptable. Fundingticks you can’t change profit splits, trade holding times, and profitable days required on existing accounts. 1 minute scalping rule makes no sense, NQ every other day moves 10-12 points in less than one minute. That’s $200-240 with one mini, WHY WOULDNT I BOOK IT? That’s 10% of my DD. You should’ve ran polls, asked for public opinion. I really believe that you guys can make it right. The old rules are perfectly balanced. $200 to flip a 50k? @Topstep does $150 1m scalp rule? @Tradeify does a 50% HTF rule 6 days to request? @TradingLucid does 5. Why would we go for a firm with such rules? You had the best of everyone, now you have the worst. @fundingticks @Khldfx @FuturesFlow

Scalped the open for a quick $200 just trying to secure an extra day for payout on Thursday. Already locked out, looking to stay off the charts tomorrow, today was a bit hectic. Will be back Thursday for the last $150 and secure that payout before the Christmas family trip🤝
